Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy
At TravSmart, we strive to provide a seamless travel booking experience. Since our packages involve upfront bookings with international hotels and transport providers, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before departure: No refund available.
How to request a refund: Please email your cancellation request formally to our support team at info@travsmart.in along with your booking reference number. Approved refunds will be credited back into your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5–7 business days.
